Prince Harry & Meghan Markle confirm receiving 'recent' correspondence about an invite to the King's May 6 2023 Coronation

Responding to a report in the UK Sunday Times newspaper that an invite had been sent to Prince Harry and Meghan asking them to attend Prince Charles III Coronation, a spokesperson for the couple issued a statement saying that Harry recently received an email from the King's office regarding the coronation.

Harry and Meghan's spokesperson added that an immediate decision will not be disclosed by them at this time as to whether they will attend.

Kind thoughts for Meghan Markle
Cryptic for sure. Their statement could mean many things (a) Meghan and Harry are deciding whether or not to attend and they will let us know in due course or (b) Meghan and Harry are not going to tell a news outlet of their decision or (c) Meghan and Harry won't make a decision until they have more details about the invitation and how involved they are going to be (possibly being careful not to repeat the fiasco at the Queen's funeral when they were sidelined by the rest of the family and when Harry was not allowed to wear his military uniform.)

The UK Sunday Times and UK Times newspapers are of late the preferred choice for leaked and /or planted stories from King Charles's office.

Many are speculating this story was leaked right now due to the backlash that Charles was getting over his recent decision to evict Meghan and Harry from the Frogmore Cottage home and / or because the press is full of news about multiple musicians turning down invitations from Charles's office to play at his Coronation concert.

More to follow as it is revealed.
