Listen to my latest podcast  to hear my overview of the conversation between Prince Harry and Dr. Gabor Mate.  I attended the live virtual event and what I got to here was an hour and a half’s worth of discussion, with a few pre-selected questions from attendees at the end, on the topic of all things trauma and mental health.

The conversation between the pair included a section where Dr. Mate provides Harry, based on what Mate read in Harry's memoir Spare, a clinical diagnosis of Harry’s mental health.

Archewell Foundation's newly appointed Co-Executive Director gets straight to work

At the start of 2023, Meghan and Harry announced some staffing changes for their Archewell organization that included the appointment of Shauna Nep as a Co-Executive Director of Archewell Foundation (AWF). Shauna, a graduate of the University of British Columbia and having a masters degree from New York University, had most recently worked as a Vice-President of Philanthropy at Scooter Braun’s SB Projects.  Getting straight to work Shauna together with the existing Executive Director, James Holt, signed  Archewell Foundation's just published 2020-2022 Impact Statement .  The impact statement provided a great overview of the work completed by Harry and Meghan's Foundation over the past two years and includes a brief section called "Looking Ahead." Looking ahead, Archewell Foundation (AWF) Executor's say that they will maintain "an unwavering commitment to key issues which have an overwhelming ripple effect on our collective well-being.... including working to

Prince Harry joins Dax Shepard and Monica Padman on the podcast Armchair Expert

Prince Harry was a guest of Dax Shepard and Monica Padman in episode 325 of their podcast, Armchair Expert. During the hour and a half episode, the trio touched on many issues relating to trauma, addictions, mental health and emotional well-being.  Harry also spoke about life in the Royal Family (including some notable moments before he married Meghan) and they touched on his reasons for leaving. Harry, Dax and Monica talked about Harry's life in the British Army, press intrusion into family life, and about some of the pros and cons of social media. Armchair Expert will shortly be moving exclusively to Spotify, the same as Meghan and Harry's own Podcast Archewell.  Click to LISTEN
