The event is a live virtual event (no recordings are allowed or will be shared).The price for attending is $45.38 (Canadian) and this fee includes shipping us a copy of Harry's book.

We are told that the event will feature an introduction by Barnes & Noble / Waterstones CEO James Daunt and, following their conversation, an audience Q&A with Prince Harry and Dr. Maté.

When you purchase your ticket you are given the opportunity to submit a question which may be answered live at the event.   

Gabor Maté is a Hungarian-Canadian physician and author. Per Wikipedia, he has a background in family practice and a special interest in childhood development, trauma and potential lifelong impacts on physical and mental health including autoimmune disease, cancer, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), addictions and a wide range of other conditions. He has authored five books exploring topics including ADHD, stress, developmental psychology, and addiction.

Archewell Foundation's newly appointed Co-Executive Director gets straight to work

At the start of 2023, Meghan and Harry announced some staffing changes for their Archewell organization that included the appointment of Shauna Nep as a Co-Executive Director of Archewell Foundation (AWF). Shauna, a graduate of the University of British Columbia and having a masters degree from New York University, had most recently worked as a Vice-President of Philanthropy at Scooter Braun’s SB Projects.  Getting straight to work Shauna together with the existing Executive Director, James Holt, signed  Archewell Foundation's just published 2020-2022 Impact Statement .  The impact statement provided a great overview of the work completed by Harry and Meghan's Foundation over the past two years and includes a brief section called "Looking Ahead." Prince Harry joins Dax Shepard and Monica Padman on the podcast Armchair Expert

Prince Harry was a guest of Dax Shepard and Monica Padman in episode 325 of their podcast, Armchair Expert. During the hour and a half episode, the trio touched on many issues relating to trauma, addictions, mental health and emotional well-being.  Harry also spoke about life in the Royal Family (including some notable moments before he married Meghan) and they touched on his reasons for leaving. Harry, Dax and Monica talked about Harry's life in the British Army, press intrusion into family life, and about some of the pros and cons of social media.
