Prince Harry as you have never seen him before, Spider-Harry, as he brings joy to bereaved kids for Christmas 2022

Prince Harry delighted the children and young people at charity Scotty's Little Soldiers zooming in, as he has done in the past, to deliver a special message to the members ahead of the charity's annual Christmas Party. The theme of this year's party was Heros and Villains and so Harry delivered his message dressed appropriately as Spider-Man!

Scotty’s Little Soldiers is a charity started in 2010 by a military mother whose husband was killed whilst serving in the armed forces. It is dedicated to supporting bereaved children and young people. Harry has a long-standing connection with the charity.

Kind thoughts for Meghan Markle

Harry’s Christmas message was played to the over 100 Scotty Members at the party who have all experienced the death of a parent who served in the British Armed Forces. In his message Harry acknowledged that the kids might feel sad at this time of year and miss their parents very much, but said that their parents would want them to have fun and they should not feel guilty. He wished them all a Merry Christmas.

Scotty’s Little Soldiers Founder, Nikki Scott, said: “It’s incredible for everyone at Scotty’s to have Harry’s continued support. He knows what it’s like to grow up without a parent and understands there are certain times of the year that can be particularly challenging. Christmas is one of those times. We love the fact that Prince Harry not only recorded such a special message but also dressed up as Spider-Man."
