Meghan Markle, Prince Harry & their Archewell teams embrace the spirit of Giving as we enter the 2022 Holiday Season

Over the past weekend Meghan and Harry's Archewell teams had their holiday celebrations and joined the Immigrant Defenders Law Centre  for the Holiday Party for Reunified Families in Los Angeles. At the gathering families were gifted special things that they really needed / wished for, including clothing, fresh produce and toys and with a visit with Santa for the kids. Led by The Archewell Foundation, the company organized holiday gifting for over 30 reunified and refugee families.

Kind thoughts for Meghan Markle
ImmDef is fighting to assist families and their children as they battle through the US border immigration system. Services provided by the organization include access to a lawyer for all immigrants involved in deportation proceedings. It's long‐term goal is to ensure that no immigrant is forced to face an unjust immigration system alone.

Per their website, ImmDef was founded in 2015 by a group of experienced public interest immigration lawyers, and has since grown from a handful of lawyers to more than 120 dedicated staff members. ImmDef states that they are proud to be a woman-led organization with 86% BIPOC staff. Many staff members are immigrants themselves or the children or grandchildren of immigrants.
