Stormzy confirms new lyrics in the song "Please" on his new 2022 album are about Meghan Markle

In an interview with Zane Lowe for his Apple Music show the UK rapper, singer and songwriter Stormzy confirmed that lyrics in his new song "Please" on the 2022 new and third album called 'This is What I Mean' are about Meghan Markle.

Part of the lyrics to the song Please include:

And please, leave Meghan alone

I said, please, leave Meghan alone (Woah, woah, woah, oh, please)

During the hour-long interview Stormzy confirmed what had been speculated by some people online, that these lyrics were aimed at the media who have been on Meghan's back, giving Meghan a hard time, and with Stormzy urging these journalists to leave Meghan alone, to let her live her life in peace.

Archewell Foundation's newly appointed Co-Executive Director gets straight to work

At the start of 2023, Meghan and Harry announced some staffing changes for their Archewell organization that included the appointment of Shauna Nep as a Co-Executive Director of Archewell Foundation (AWF). Shauna, a graduate of the University of British Columbia and having a masters degree from New York University, had most recently worked as a Vice-President of Philanthropy at Scooter Braun’s SB Projects.  Getting straight to work Shauna together with the existing Executive Director, James Holt, signed  Archewell Foundation's just published 2020-2022 Impact Statement .  The impact statement provided a great overview of the work completed by Harry and Meghan's Foundation over the past two years and includes a brief section called "Looking Ahead." Prince Harry was a guest of Dax Shepard and Monica Padman in episode 325 of their podcast, Armchair Expert. During the hour and a half episode, the trio touched on many issues relating to trauma, addictions, mental health and emotional well-being.  Harry also spoke about life in the Royal Family (including some notable moments before he married Meghan) and they touched on his reasons for leaving. Harry, Dax and Monica talked about Harry's life in the British Army, press intrusion into family life, and about some of the pros and cons of social media.
