The release date for Prince Harry's memoir titled "Spare" is announced by the publisher, with charity donations by Harry also confirmed.

Penguin Random House announced today that Prince Harry's much anticipated memoir called "Spare" will be released globally on January 10th 2023. The book can now be pre-ordered and will be printed in the English language and 15 other languages.

Kind thoughts for Meghan Markle
The press release describes the book as follows:

"It was one of the most searing images of the twentieth century: two young boys, two princes, walking behind their mother’s coffin as the world watched in sorrow—and horror. As Diana, Princess of Wales, was laid to rest, billions wondered what the princes must be thinking and feeling—and how their lives would play out from that point on. For Harry, this is that story at last. With its raw, unflinching honesty, Spare is a landmark publication full of insight, revelation, self-examination, and hard-won wisdom about the eternal power of love over grief."

Today's press release by the publisher also confirms that Harry has donated $1,500,000 from the proceeds of this book to his charity, Sentebale. Also, Harry will donate to the non-profit organization WellChild, of which he remains patron, in the amount of £300,000.
