Claire Ptak confirms she made Baby Lilibet's 1st Birthday cake for Meghan Markle & Prince Harry

Claire Ptak the owner of East London UK based Violet Cakes company / bakery-café, in her Instagram posts confirms that she baked the cake for Meghan and Harry, for them and their guests to enjoy at this past weekends 1st birthday party for baby Lili.

Claire also baked Harry and Meghan's wedding cake.  Per the Violet Cakes website   all of the cakes that Claire makes are baked with organic and low intervention ingredients. 

Ptak posted that the inside of Lili's cake  was the same Amalfi lemon and elderflower cake that she created for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's wedding in 2018, but this time she covered it with a strawberry buttercream specially made for Lili. Claire said that it was a pleasure to make the cake. I think we can all agree the cake looks simply gorgeous!

I know we should not encourage the tabloids to hunt out pictures of Meghan, Harry and Archie, but it was lovely to see a recent pic. of the "Adorable Archie" just ahead of his second birthday on May 6th 2021. Archewell Foundation's newly appointed Co-Executive Director gets straight to work

At the start of 2023, Meghan and Harry announced some staffing changes for their Archewell organization that included the appointment of Shauna Nep as a Co-Executive Director of Archewell Foundation (AWF). Shauna, a graduate of the University of British Columbia and having a masters degree from New York University, had most recently worked as a Vice-President of Philanthropy at Scooter Braun’s SB Projects.  Getting straight to work Shauna together with the existing Executive Director, James Holt, signed  Archewell Foundation's just published 2020-2022 Impact Statement .  The impact statement provided a great overview of the work completed by Harry and Meghan's Foundation over the past two years and includes a brief section called "Looking Ahead." Prince Harry joins Dax Shepard and Monica Padman on the podcast Armchair Expert

Prince Harry was a guest of Dax Shepard and Monica Padman in episode 325 of their podcast, Armchair Expert. During the hour and a half episode, the trio touched on many issues relating to trauma, addictions, mental health and emotional well-being.  Harry also spoke about life in the Royal Family (including some notable moments before he married Meghan) and they touched on his reasons for leaving. Harry, Dax and Monica talked about Harry's life in the British Army, press intrusion into family life, and about some of the pros and cons of social media.
