The Invictus Games are coming BACK to Canada in 2025 for a Winter / Hybrid Games

Prince Harry announced today that the Hybrid Invictus Games for February 2025 have been awarded to Vancouver and Whistler in British Columbia, Canada. These will be the first Invictus Games to incorporate adaptive winter sports. The Games will also keep some of the regular and popular sporting events. The bid for the games was put forward by the Canadian Government in conjunction with True Patriot Love Foundation, and with the support of the BC First Nations, whose traditional territories encompass the areas where the Games will be held.

True Patriot Love is the foundation for the military community in Canada, working to support military personnel, veterans and their families at every stage of their journey, and they are thrilled that the Games are returning to Canada, being last held in Toronto in 2017.

The next Invictus Games will be in 2023 and are being hosted by the city of Dusseldorf in Germany.
