More details on Meghan Markle's New Spotify Podcast Series "Archetypes"

Spotify and Archewell Audio released a press statement today, formally providing us with further details about the first series of exclusive to Spotify Podcasts from Meghan and Harry's Archewell Audio. The first series is called "Archetypes" and will feature Meghan investigating the labels applied to women and how these labels are used to try and hold women back.

The press release states that Meghan will have conversations with women who know all too well how the typecast narratives affect women, as well as talking to historians to understand "how we got here in the first place."

In my opinion, Meghan will be able to draw on her own experiences, given the labels that have been applied to her since she started dating and then married Prince Harry, labels she continues to be subjected to even now. It should be an interesting series.

Archewell Foundation's newly appointed Co-Executive Director gets straight to work

At the start of 2023, Meghan and Harry announced some staffing changes for their Archewell organization that included the appointment of Shauna Nep as a Co-Executive Director of Archewell Foundation (AWF). Shauna, a graduate of the University of British Columbia and having a masters degree from New York University, had most recently worked as a Vice-President of Philanthropy at Scooter Braun’s SB Projects.  Getting straight to work Shauna together with the existing Executive Director, James Holt, signed  Archewell Foundation's just published 2020-2022 Impact Statement .  The impact statement provided a great overview of the work completed by Harry and Meghan's Foundation over the past two years and includes a brief section called "Looking Ahead." Prince Harry joins Dax Shepard and Monica Padman on the podcast Armchair Expert

Prince Harry was a guest of Dax Shepard and Monica Padman in episode 325 of their podcast, Armchair Expert. During the hour and a half episode, the trio touched on many issues relating to trauma, addictions, mental health and emotional well-being.  Harry also spoke about life in the Royal Family (including some notable moments before he married Meghan) and they touched on his reasons for leaving. Harry, Dax and Monica talked about Harry's life in the British Army, press intrusion into family life, and about some of the pros and cons of social media.
