Prince Andrew and Virginia Giuffre NYC Court Case is moving ahead per the Judge's Jan 12 2022 decision

For those of you following the civil case in New York City brought by Virginia Giuffre against Prince Andrew,  Justice Kaplan released a decision today in which he ruled, amongst other things, that the wording in the 2009 Epstein settlement did not clearly grant immunity to Prince Andrew (or anyone else).

The judge said the agreement which, per its terms and conditions has to be interpreted under Florida Law, was capable of more than one meaning. The judge said this will need a trial to sort out.

The decision means that Prince Andrew was unsuccessful in having the case summarily dismissed at this early stage and the case is moving ahead. So will Prince Andrew now settle?
