Meghan Markle to participate in the 20th New York Times DealBook Summit 2021 - It is online and it is free!

Meghan has been invited to join a panel discussion as part of the two-day New York Times DealBook Summit. The New York Times say that for what is the 20th anniversary of their conference, they are bringing together "some of the most influential minds in business, policy and culture to take stock of a world in the midst of rapid reinvention, grappling with the ripples of Covid and rewriting the rules in real time."

Kind thoughts for Meghan Markle

Meghan's event is titled "Minding the Gap" when she joins Mellody Hobson, the Co-C.E.O. and President of Ariel Investments, to ponder the question - how can women reach economic and professional parity?

Other speakers at the summit (that is free to attend) include Matthew McConaughey talking about the U.S. political system, Dax Shepard and Monica Padman from the podcast Armchair Expert, and Maria Ressa the Co-Founder and C.E.O. of Rappler and the winner of the 2021 Nobel Peace Prize, who will be talking about standing up to strongmen and big tech, her fight against online misinformation, and the importance of a free press in preserving democracy around the world.
