Prince Harry continues to support Mental Health awareness and services through an inspiring Tweet.

Prince Harry and other well known people are supporting a Twitter campaign by the Centre for Health Care Services Foundation (CHCSF) advising about available services for adults and children, as well as promoting a mental health First Aid Program.

Kind thoughts for Meghan Markle

The CHCSF Mental Health First Aid program teaches what is described as the ALGEE action plan:

  • Assess for risk of suicide or harm.
  • Listen nonjudgmentally
  • Give reassurance and information.
  • Encourage appropriate professional help.
  • Encourage self-help and other support strategies

Prince Harry Tweeted that, in his experience, when you start talking about your mental health experiences, you actually find out that you are part of a really big club.

Fashion designer, Diana Von Furstenberg Tweeted "It is so important to take time for yourself and find clarity. The most important relationship is the one that you have with yourself."

Oprah Tweeted, "Breathe. Let go. And remind yourself that this very moment is the only one that you know that you have for sure."
