Meghan Markle & Prince Harry post ideas for Acts of Compassion for International Women’s Day 2021

Harry and Meghan made changes to their Archewell Foundation website and are using their website to promote International Women’s Day that will take place on March 8th.

Kind thoughts for Meghan Markle
Continuing their theme of Compassion in Action, the couple are encouraging their followers in the month of March to "unleash a groundswell of real acts of compassion for the women in our lives and in our communities."

Under a heading of "Women Deserve Recognition and also Support" Meghan and Harry have put together a printable PDF sheet that you can stick on your fridge, containing a list of ideas for easy to achieve things that you can do as acts of compassion for women. Check out the Archewell Foundation website to access the list.

I know we should not encourage the tabloids to hunt out pictures of Meghan, Harry and Archie, but it was lovely to see a recent pic. of the "Adorable Archie" just ahead of his second birthday on May 6th 2021. Archewell Foundation's newly appointed Co-Executive Director gets straight to work

At the start of 2023, Meghan and Harry announced some staffing changes for their Archewell organization that included the appointment of Shauna Nep as a Co-Executive Director of Archewell Foundation (AWF). Shauna, a graduate of the University of British Columbia and having a masters degree from New York University, had most recently worked as a Vice-President of Philanthropy at Scooter Braun’s SB Projects.  Getting straight to work Shauna together with the existing Executive Director, James Holt, signed  Archewell Foundation's just published 2020-2022 Impact Statement .  The impact statement provided a great overview of the work completed by Harry and Meghan's Foundation over the past two years and includes a brief section called "Looking Ahead." Prince Harry joins Dax Shepard and Monica Padman on the podcast Armchair Expert

Prince Harry was a guest of Dax Shepard and Monica Padman in episode 325 of their podcast, Armchair Expert. During the hour and a half episode, the trio touched on many issues relating to trauma, addictions, mental health and emotional well-being.  Harry also spoke about life in the Royal Family (including some notable moments before he married Meghan) and they touched on his reasons for leaving. Harry, Dax and Monica talked about Harry's life in the British Army, press intrusion into family life, and about some of the pros and cons of social media.
