Meghan Markle & Prince Harry make a teenager's Dream Come True, when they zoom in to mentor her.

In an article published on people.com journalist Stephanie Petit describes the moment when when a teenage girl signed on to a virtual mentoring session and was surprised to see Meghan Markle and Prince Harry on her screen.

Meghan and Harry linked up with volunteer organizations L.A. Works and the "I Have a Dream" Foundation, which works to ensure children have the opportunity to pursue higher education.

Kind thoughts for Meghan Markle
According to the article, the teen recognized Meghan and Harry immediately as she has been following the Meghan story in the news.

We learn that the teen was moved and inspired by her meet up with Meghan and Harry. During the call they apparently chatted about schooling as well as how to overcome challenges in life.

Deborah Brutchey, the ED of the charity L.A. Works, told People Magazine that during the call Meghan and Harry noticed that the teen had sunflowers in her room, and afterwards they sent her sunflowers as well as an encouraging note.

That's a conversation that this teen will never forget.
