Prince Harry was a guest of Dax Shepard and Monica Padman in episode 325 of their podcast, Armchair Expert. During the hour and a half episode, the trio touched on many issues relating to trauma, addictions, mental health and emotional well-being. Harry also spoke about life in the Royal Family (including some notable moments before he married Meghan) and they touched on his reasons for leaving.
