Prince Harry launches HeadFIT resource for military personnel (and us all).

Prince Harry has launched a new on-line mental 'fitness' portal HeadFIT that has been put together in partnership with the Royal Foundation's Heads Together campaign, the UK's Ministry of Defence, and Kings College London.

Whilst aimed at promoting mental fitness for active and former service personnel, the easy to understand information is useful for anyone looking for tips and tools on how to improve 4 key areas of mental fitness: Confidence; Drive; Mood; and the ability to De-stress.

There is a short introductory video on the HeadFIT website which introduces the two models used and which is really helpful in of itself. The idea is to give us all simply tools to use to help us stay mentally fit. It is timely information given the current Covid-19 pandemic when many of us are self-isolating and which brings a whole host of new feelings to deal with.
Mental Fitness website with Tools from Prince Harry is relevant for all of us but aimed at service personnel
