Reflective audio post shared by Meghan Markle & Prince Harry

Meghan and Harry have shared an audio post on their Instagram account, in which the narrator reflects on what people around the world have noticed or should consider when in self-isolation or when navigating the new norms arising due to Covid-19. Hearing more bird song due to the quiet / less traffic is something I had also noticed.
Meghan and Harry in a second post encourage us to take the time to look after our own emotional well-being and to reach out to others. Meghan and Harry acknowledge there is isolation and physical distancing, "but there doesn’t have to be loneliness." Simply sending a text or having a video chat with friends and family can help all of us feel a bit better and help us to stay connected. They also suggest one good use of your spare time whilst in self-isolation is to take an on-line course, possibly learning how to counsel others.

Lastly Meghan and Harry provide contact information for people to text if they are feeling alone, overwhelmed, depressed, or anxious, and for people in abusive relationships who may feel trapped at home with their abuser.
