Prince Harry realizes the implications of living far away from his family as Prince Charles is diagnosed with Covid-19

When one of your family falls ill and when you live far away from them in another country, you truly realize the distance. Harry will be facing this dilemma right now as it was announced today that Prince Charles has been diagnosed with Covid-19. 

Charles will now be isolating himself at his home on the grounds of Balmoral in Scotland. By all accounts it is a mild case of the virus but none the less sure to be worrying for the family. Media reports state that Prince Charles is remaining active and say that he has spoken to both the Queen and to his sons William and Harry. Charles is further described as being in good spirits. Let's wish him all the best and a speedy recovery.

Archewell Foundation's newly appointed Co-Executive Director gets straight to work

At the start of 2023, Meghan and Harry announced some staffing changes for their Archewell organization that included the appointment of Shauna Nep as a Co-Executive Director of Archewell Foundation (AWF). Shauna, a graduate of the University of British Columbia and having a masters degree from New York University, had most recently worked as a Vice-President of Philanthropy at Scooter Braun’s SB Projects.  Getting straight to work Shauna together with the existing Executive Director, James Holt, signed  Archewell Foundation's just published 2020-2022 Impact Statement .  The impact statement provided a great overview of the work completed by Harry and Meghan's Foundation over the past two years and includes a brief section called "Looking Ahead." Prince Harry joins Dax Shepard and Monica Padman on the podcast Armchair Expert

Prince Harry was a guest of Dax Shepard and Monica Padman in episode 325 of their podcast, Armchair Expert. During the hour and a half episode, the trio touched on many issues relating to trauma, addictions, mental health and emotional well-being.  Harry also spoke about life in the Royal Family (including some notable moments before he married Meghan) and they touched on his reasons for leaving. Harry, Dax and Monica talked about Harry's life in the British Army, press intrusion into family life, and about some of the pros and cons of social media.
