Is this the end of Sussex Royal? - Meghan Markle and Harry News

According to an 'exclusive' press release by the UK Mail online Harry and Meghan have been advised that they can not include the words 'Royal' in their branding post stepping down as senior royals. According to the report published this evening:

Following lengthy and complex talks, the Queen and senior officials are believed to have agreed it is no longer tenable for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to keep the word 'royal' in their 'branding'
No time to Die - not the death of Bond but the end of Sussex Royal? The newspaper adds:

"The Mail understands that, amid what has been described as a 'complex' situation, the 'fine detail' is still being thrashed out. However, it is understood the couple have accepted that, under their new arrangement, they will not be able to use the Sussex Royal name as they had hoped.

Sources closer to Buckingham Palace and to Meghan and Harry confirmed talks about the continuing use of the word  "royal" were on-going.

Harry and Meghan, don't worry, whatever you eventually use to brand yourselves we will definitely find you and we will definitely continue to follow your work with interest. They cannot keep you down.

FYI I checked this evening and nobody has yet taken the Instagram name "meghanmarkleandhenrywales". One might presume that the palace can't stop you using your own names?
