Purposely avoiding unkind press, negative, and speculative messaging - please join me in exchanging positive commentary about Meghan Markle, Prince Harry and their children Archie and Lili.
The blog initially focused on Meghan and Harry's work as senior members of the British Royal Family.
Since 2020 my posts follow the Sussex's lives and their work as they live independently from the Royal Family.
I also have a podcast called Kind Thoughts for Meghan Markle
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry change up their Instagram Social Awareness Campaign
Each month since last May, Meghan and Harry have been selectively limiting who they follow on their Instagram account. At the start of each month they chose a new theme aiming to draw awareness to a variety of social causes and issues around the globe. In 2020 Meghan and Harry have announced that they will continue this tradition of highlighting
accounts that they say "inspire, and that remind of all the good that is happening in
the world". However rather than choosing multiple accounts to follow each month Meghan and Harry will be focusing on just one account each
month. For January, they have chosen to shine a spotlight on @goodnews_movement, an account described as being a journalist run page celebrating acts of kindness and good news around the world. Given that Meghan and Harry both have on-going lawsuits with a couple of UK media outlets, they appear to be sending a message that journalism can be positive.
Prince Harry was a guest of Dax Shepard and Monica Padman in episode 325 of their podcast, Armchair Expert. During the hour and a half episode, the trio touched on many issues relating to trauma, addictions, mental health and emotional well-being. Harry also spoke about life in the Royal Family (including some notable moments before he married Meghan) and they touched on his reasons for leaving. Harry, Dax and Monica talked about Harry's life in the British Army, press intrusion into family life, and about some of the pros and cons of social media. Armchair Expert will shortly be moving exclusively to Spotify, the same as Meghan and Harry's own Podcast Archewell. Click to LISTEN
I know we should not encourage the tabloids to hunt out pictures of Meghan, Harry and Archie, but it was lovely to see a recent pic. of the "Adorable Archie" just ahead of his second birthday on May 6th 2021. And look at Meghan's bump. Baby No.2 is growing nicely and it appears that it won't be long before Archie's sister arrives. Was Archie off to a play date? (And in case anyone wants to bitch about the fact that Meghan is not wearing head-to-toe black, in mourning for Prince Phillip, Princess Anne was out and about this week wearing a very non-black hue called Red - just getting this in first before the trolls start) Photo as published by the New York Post

The Netflix production has the working title "Pearl." There are lots of talented executive producers working alongside Meghan, including Sir Elton John's husband, David Furnish, and Carolyn Soper (Sherlock Gnomes, Tangled), and Emmy Award®-winning filmmakers Liz Garbus (I'll Be Gone in the Dark, What Happened, Miss Simone?), and Dan Cogan (Icarus, The Apollo). Amanda Rynda (DC Super Hero Girls, The Loud House) will serve as showrunner and executive producer. Meghan has issued a statement saying: "Like many girls her age, our heroine Pearl is on a journey of self-discovery as she tries to overcome life's daily challenges." Meghan Added: "I'm thr
