Duchess of Sussex Supporting All Girls Around the World

On this United Nations, International Day of the Girl, the Duchess of Sussex has posted a video clip on her Instagram account, supporting the capabilities of all girls and women and encouraging all girls and women to stand up for what they believe in and to strive to make a difference.

Meghan's long term commitment in advocating for the rights of women and girls is reflected not only in her words today, but through her past actions be it as a pre-teen, writing to Hillary Clinton to ask why it was that only women were portrayed as working in the kitchen in T.V. ads, to speaking at the United Nations in her position as woman's advocate for participation and leadership, to now where she continues to strongly advocate on this same issue as the Duchess of Sussex.  

The quote that Meghan would like all girls and women to ponder is "Visualise your highest self, and show up as her".

I know we should not encourage the tabloids to hunt out pictures of Meghan, Harry and Archie, but it was lovely to see a recent pic. of the "Adorable Archie" just ahead of his second birthday on May 6th 2021. And look at Meghan's bump. Baby No.2 is growing nicely and it appears that it won't be long before Archie's sister arrives. Was Archie off to a play date? Archewell Foundation's newly appointed Co-Executive Director gets straight to work

At the start of 2023, Meghan and Harry announced some staffing changes for their Archewell organization that included the appointment of Shauna Nep as a Co-Executive Director of Archewell Foundation (AWF). Shauna, a graduate of the University of British Columbia and having a masters degree from New York University, had most recently worked as a Vice-President of Philanthropy at Scooter Braun’s SB Projects.  Getting straight to work Shauna together with the existing Executive Director, James Holt, signed  Archewell Foundation's just published 2020-2022 Impact Statement .  The impact statement provided a great overview of the work completed by Harry and Meghan's Foundation over the past two years and includes a brief section called "Looking Ahead." Prince Harry joins Dax Shepard and Monica Padman on the podcast Armchair Expert

Prince Harry was a guest of Dax Shepard and Monica Padman in episode 325 of their podcast, Armchair Expert. During the hour and a half episode, the trio touched on many issues relating to trauma, addictions, mental health and emotional well-being.  Harry also spoke about life in the Royal Family (including some notable moments before he married Meghan) and they touched on his reasons for leaving. Harry, Dax and Monica talked about Harry's life in the British Army, press intrusion into family life, and about some of the pros and cons of social media.
