Ahead of their 1st 'official tour' to Africa as a family, slated to happen 'in just a few weeks' (21 days and counting per a video clip released today) for month 5 of their Social Awareness Campaign Meghan and Harry are celebrating Instagram accounts of African groups who inspire them and who are working towards positive change on that continent. They have selected what they have described as a "small representation" of groups (about 22) doing incredible work in Africa today.
Some of the groups are doing very worthwhile conservation work in various parts of Africa. Other Instagram accounts selected by Meghan and Harry to follow work in the fields of social justice, promotion of women in Africa, poverty, youth, and health education - causes that are very important to them.

I know we should not encourage the tabloids to hunt out pictures of Meghan, Harry and Archie, but it was lovely to see a recent pic. of the "Adorable Archie" just ahead of his second birthday on May 6th 2021. And look at Meghan's bump. Baby No.2 is growing nicely and it appears that it won't be long before Archie's sister arrives. Was Archie off to a play date? (And in case anyone wants to bitch about the fact that Meghan is not wearing head-to-toe black, in mourning for Prince Phillip, Princess Anne was out and about this week wearing a very non-black hue called Red - just getting this in first before the trolls start) Photo as published by the New York Post
Prince Harry was a guest of Dax Shepard and Monica Padman in episode 325 of their podcast, Armchair Expert. During the hour and a half episode, the trio touched on many issues relating to trauma, addictions, mental health and emotional well-being. Harry also spoke about life in the Royal Family (including some notable moments before he married Meghan) and they touched on his reasons for leaving. Harry, Dax and Monica talked about Harry's life in the British Army, press intrusion into family life, and about some of the pros and cons of social media. Armchair Expert will shortly be moving exclusively to Spotify, the same as Meghan and Harry's own Podcast Archewell. Click to LISTEN
