Meghan posted a shout out today to the Luminary Bakery located in Stoke Newington, East London, UK. The Duchess had included this bakery in the September edition of Vogue and she continues to applaud the work being done at the bakery. They help women from disadvantaged backgrounds acquire useful work skills as well as enabling the women to come to terms with and heal from their past experiences and gain some control over their lives. We are encouraged to go visit the bakery.
I love this photo that Meghan posted on her Instagram account.
The messages on the cakes are similar to those she herself wrote on bananas this past January as part of hers and Harry's visit to Bristol, which included meeting staff who run a community service supporting street workers. Meghan took a lot of criticism in the media for her banana messages.
I like to think the bakers at Luminary are telling her 'we've got your back!'

I know we should not encourage the tabloids to hunt out pictures of Meghan, Harry and Archie, but it was lovely to see a recent pic. of the "Adorable Archie" just ahead of his second birthday on May 6th 2021. And look at Meghan's bump. Baby No.2 is growing nicely and it appears that it won't be long before Archie's sister arrives. Was Archie off to a play date? (And in case anyone wants to bitch about the fact that Meghan is not wearing head-to-toe black, in mourning for Prince Phillip, Princess Anne was out and about this week wearing a very non-black hue called Red - just getting this in first before the trolls start) Photo as published by the New York Post
Prince Harry was a guest of Dax Shepard and Monica Padman in episode 325 of their podcast, Armchair Expert. During the hour and a half episode, the trio touched on many issues relating to trauma, addictions, mental health and emotional well-being. Harry also spoke about life in the Royal Family (including some notable moments before he married Meghan) and they touched on his reasons for leaving. Harry, Dax and Monica talked about Harry's life in the British Army, press intrusion into family life, and about some of the pros and cons of social media. Armchair Expert will shortly be moving exclusively to Spotify, the same as Meghan and Harry's own Podcast Archewell. Click to LISTEN

Per a report in the Montecito Journal Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were first to come forward to sponsor a “Holiday Magic” themed 1st Annual Montecito Holiday Car Parade. The parade saw children, adults and family pets alike line the street to watch cars and vehicles bedecked with Christmas lights and tinsel pass them by, with Santa making a star appearance.
