Dear Meghan Markle - please forgive us for being impatient!

You would have to be an alien from the depth of outer space to be unaware of the media attention surrounding the impending birth of Baby Sussex. 

It's a girl! It's a Boy! It's Twins!. It's going to be born at the Lindo Wing! It's going to be born at Frimley Park! It's going to be a home birth! There will be a photo! There won't be a photo!. It's going to Africa (or not)! It will be wearing smocks and knee high socks (hopefully not)!

If having your first baby was not enough to worry about reading the press around the birth would certainly test the most tolerant person. But please forgive us. We are so desperately in need of some positive and happy news that the birth cannot come soon enough. So hang on in there and remember to BREATHE and here's hoping for a very safe delivery for mum and baby.

I know we should not encourage the tabloids to hunt out pictures of Meghan, Harry and Archie, but it was lovely to see a recent pic. of the "Adorable Archie" just ahead of his second birthday on May 6th 2021. And look at Meghan's bump. Baby No.2 is growing nicely and it appears that it won't be long before Archie's sister arrives. Was Archie off to a play date? Archewell Foundation's newly appointed Co-Executive Director gets straight to work

At the start of 2023, Meghan and Harry announced some staffing changes for their Archewell organization that included the appointment of Shauna Nep as a Co-Executive Director of Archewell Foundation (AWF). Shauna, a graduate of the University of British Columbia and having a masters degree from New York University, had most recently worked as a Vice-President of Philanthropy at Scooter Braun’s SB Projects.  Getting straight to work Shauna together with the existing Executive Director, James Holt, signed  Archewell Foundation's just published 2020-2022 Impact Statement .  The impact statement provided a great overview of the work completed by Harry and Meghan's Foundation over the past two years and includes a brief section called "Looking Ahead." Prince Harry joins Dax Shepard and Monica Padman on the podcast Armchair Expert

Prince Harry was a guest of Dax Shepard and Monica Padman in episode 325 of their podcast, Armchair Expert. During the hour and a half episode, the trio touched on many issues relating to trauma, addictions, mental health and emotional well-being.  Harry also spoke about life in the Royal Family (including some notable moments before he married Meghan) and they touched on his reasons for leaving. Harry, Dax and Monica talked about Harry's life in the British Army, press intrusion into family life, and about some of the pros and cons of social media.
