Duchess of Sussex is Promoting Gender Equality in Rural Morocco

Continuing your visit in Morocco, travelling to Asni, a small town in the High Atlas mountains 50 kilometers south of Marrakech to show support for the work of a school for girls there.

The charity Education for All , which runs the boarding school, reports that the school "has given girls from the poorest villages and most remote areas of Morocco the chance to reach their potential and contribute to Morocco's continued development". The government of Morocco are now investigating the possibility of rolling out this program nation wide.
