Day 3 of the Sussex's Royal Tour of Morocco

Continuing the good work today in Rabat in Morocco with activities that have a special interest to both Meghan and Harry.

First, attending at the Moroccan Royal Federation of Sports to observe their equine therapy programs for people with special needs and disabilities.

Harry's affections for horses comes through very clearly.
Later joining in a cooking program with Chef Moha with children from disadvantaged backgrounds which included cooking a Moroccan pancake recipe from the Hubb Kitchen cookbook "Together.." the award winning book that Meghan helped to promote. The Chef presented both Meghan and Harry with aprons to wear when they cook in their new home!

Rounding off the day with a visit to an artisan craft market for a spot of shopping! The Duke and Duchess were gifted several items including a floor cushion and cards from a calligrapher which had their names written in Arabic. Later Prince Harry noticed a silverware artist who had a photograph showing a visit apparently by Prince Charles to a similar market in Fez in 2011.
